At SunKrazed Candle Co., all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for candles once purchased.
Our Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our hand-poured candles. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, or if the candle does not burn properly due to a manufacturer’s fault, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

How to Claim a Replacement
If your candle arrives damaged or does not burn correctly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sunkrazedcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll process your replacement right away.
