How do preorder items work?
Preorder and backorder products display an estimated ship date on product and cart pages. We capture payment at checkout and ship as inventory arrives.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not in launch version. Orders ship within the United States only.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Email support within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace or refund eligible cases.
Can I gift wrap candle sets?
Gift-ready set packaging is included. Optional custom gift messaging can be added in a later release.
