SunKrazed Candle Co currently ships within the United States. Estimated delivery timelines depend on product availability, destination, carrier performance, and weather-related or operational delays.
In-stock orders generally process within 2-4 business days before carrier pickup. Orders with preorder or backorder items follow the estimated ship date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may hold shipment until all items are ready unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery dates shown at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, peak-season volume, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control may impact transit timing.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service level. We reserve the right to adjust shipping method when needed to complete delivery safely and efficiently.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
A shipment confirmation with tracking details is sent after label creation. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance, subject to applicable law. If tracking shows a delivery issue, contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier claim review.
