Returns & Replacements

We want every SunKrazed order to arrive in excellent condition. This policy explains when returns, refunds, and replacements are available and how claims are reviewed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 calendar days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, based on inventory availability and claim findings.

Unused Product Returns

Unopened and unused candles may be requested for return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returned products must be in original, resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

Restocking Fee & Non-Refundable Charges

Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% per candle. Original shipping fees, expedited handling charges, and third-party payment processing costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Claim Processing Timeline

After all required claim details are received, please allow up to 14 calendar days for refund claims or replacement claims to be reviewed and processed. Timing may vary during high-volume periods.

Preorders, Final Sale, and Misuse

Preorder items may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once shipped, the standard return rules apply unless otherwise stated. Used/opened products, final-sale items, gift cards, and products damaged by misuse or improper storage are not eligible for refund or replacement.
